How to apply:

For any prospective tenants, we require a Rental Application to be completed. In addition to the Rental Application, we require the following documentation:

• Current letter of employment on company letterhead stating position, salary and length of employment and a current pay stub
• Completed Landlord's reference letter
• First and last month's rent deposit by certified cheque or money order only
• Copy of photo identification for each leaseholder 

Additional information may be requested during the rental application review. 

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
