Viva Condominiums, a pair of glass and pre-cast concrete mid-rises, which catch the imagination, are strung like urban jewels along a 600-foot stretch of Bathurst Street. The pair of eight-storey structures offers a total of 207 condominium homes. The condo buildings are joined by a single level promenade, which will serve as both the entrance to the buildings, and home to the Viva's health club.
